To handle rising orders in Q3 and Q4, Tigerking does not extend daily working hours or overload existing machines. Instead, we expand total production capacity by building a new factory plant. First, we stock up steel sheets, locks, honeycomb boards and other raw materials in advance. Supported by local complete hardware suppliers, we can replenish materials quickly and avoid shipment delays caused by material shortage. Second, we already own automated machines, after the new factory was put into use, we set up separate production lines for household safes, certified Gun Safes and commercial fireproof safes.
Mixed production is avoided to prevent workflow blockages, and customized export orders can be arranged for production at the same time.
For staff arrangement, we arrange reasonable shifts and rotations to prevent long continuous work shifts. All welders and lifting operators hold valid work certificates. Weekly safety briefings and monthly fire drills are held for all workshop workers.
For equipment checks, every machine, welding circuit and safety guard is inspected before each shift; faulty machines will stop running immediately. Any hot welding work needs formal approval, on-site supervisors and ready fire extinguishers. We mark out separated fire-proof welding zones, keep transport passages clear, and clean metal dust every day to prevent dust fire hazards.
